Our Story
We are who we serve. After taking a break from our successful corporate careers to be with our young children, we realized there was a void in the workplace for mothers like us, who were eager to return to work and seeking a work-life balance. We knew there were countless other talented, professional mothers seeking flexible opportunities, as well as commuters looking for local or flexible new opportunities, and we wanted to help them. On the other hand, we knew of many modern, flexible companies who were seeking increased diversity and efficiency on their teams, but they lacked access to highly experienced candidates outside their core network.
We worked hard to form a white-glove recruiting company that connects these two communities in a meaningful and mutually beneficial way, while modernizing the hiring process.
